Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure — the three documents that govern using this platform. Version 2026-08-27.

Document 1 of 3

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a session wallet, funding it, or otherwise using SnipeTrader's trading features, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure below. If you don't agree, don't use the trading features — the public Scanner and Trust Center remain freely browsable either way.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must not be located in, resident of, or accessing this service from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited or restricted, including jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk regions of Ukraine as of this writing).
  • You must not be a person or entity on any U.S. Treasury OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list or equivalent sanctions list.
  • You're solely responsible for confirming that using a service like this is legal where you are — we don't and can't give you that answer for your specific situation.

3. What this service is

SnipeTrader is a custodial automated trading tool for Solana meme-coins. When you create a session wallet, our server generates and holds an encrypted keypair on your behalf and can sign transactions from it without a wallet popup on every trade — see the Trust Center for exactly how. This is fundamentally different from a purely non-custodial tool where you sign every transaction yourself.

4. Not investment advice, not a guarantee

  • Nothing on this platform — safety scores, risk percentages, Smart Entry/Smart Exit signals, Moon Bag decisions, or anything else — is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
  • We do not guarantee profit, safety, uptime, or any particular outcome. Every automated feature is a rules-based tool acting on public on-chain data, not a promise about what will happen to your money.
  • Meme-coin trading carries a real, material risk of losing your entire deposited balance — see the Risk Disclosure below before you fund anything.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Only fund your session wallet with money you can afford to lose entirely.
  • Keep your connected wallet (Phantom/Solflare) and its seed phrase secure — it's the only thing that can authorize a withdrawal.
  • Configure take-profit/stop-loss, trade size, and automation settings deliberately — the defaults are a starting point, not a recommendation for your situation.
  • Do your own research on any token before trading it, automated tools included.

6. Fees and billing

Subscription tiers (Starter/Pro/Elite) and the scanner's paid unlock are billed through Stripe as described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the billing portal; fees already charged for a billing period are non-refundable except where required by law. On-chain network fees and swap fees (Jupiter/Solana) are separate from platform fees and are paid out of your session wallet balance on every trade.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access — including freezing a session wallet's outbound activity — if we reasonably believe your account is linked to a sanctioned jurisdiction or person, fraud, abuse of the platform, or a violation of these Terms. Where we suspend an account, we'll work to return any custodial balance to your verified connected wallet once the concern is resolved, except where law prohibits doing so.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnipeTrader and its operator(s) are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from token price movement, smart contract failure, network congestion, RPC/third-party outages, or your own configuration choices. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. A material change bumps the version date at the top of this page and re-prompts every user for acceptance before further trading — see the acceptance step in the app.

10. Governing law & disputes

[TODO: governing-law jurisdiction and dispute-resolution/arbitration clause — needs to be set with a lawyer, not guessed here.]

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

  • Your connected wallet's public address (identifies your account across sessions).
  • Your session wallet's public address, and its private key encrypted at rest (see Trust Center for exactly how).
  • Your trading configuration and trade history on this platform (positions, armed orders, the trade log).
  • Your IP address — used for rate-limiting abuse, the free scanner's daily quota, and the sanctioned-jurisdiction check described in Eligibility above.
  • If you subscribe to a paid tier or unlock: billing details handled entirely by Stripe — we receive a "payment succeeded" event and your email for receipts, never your card number.
  • If you link Telegram alerts: your Telegram chat ID, so we know where to send them.

2. What we don't collect

  • Your seed phrase or your connected wallet's private key — never asked for, never received.
  • Your name, phone number, home address, or government ID — nothing off-chain beyond what's listed above.

3. How it's used

Solely to operate the service: authenticate you, run your trading configuration, show your history, process billing, send alerts you opted into, and meet the legal/sanctions obligations described in these documents. We don't sell your data.

4. Who it's shared with

Third-party processors that make the service work: Stripe (billing), Solana RPC providers and Jupiter (trade execution), Telegram (if you opt into alerts). Each handles data under their own privacy terms. We disclose data to law enforcement or regulators only where legally required.

5. Retention

Account, wallet, and trade-history data is kept for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after for legal/audit purposes. You can request account deletion — see Contact below — though on-chain transaction history is public and permanent regardless of what we do with our own copy.

6. Security

Session-wallet private keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM); the master key lives only in server environment configuration. Sign-in uses signed-message verification, not passwords. See the Trust Center's Security Architecture section for the full technical picture.

7. Cookies / local storage

The frontend uses browser localStorage to remember your session token and a few display preferences (currency toggle, last-connected wallet) — no third-party ad/tracking cookies.

8. Contact

Risk Disclosure

Read this before you fund a session wallet. It's not exhaustive, and no amount of reading it eliminates the risk — it's here so you're making an informed choice.

Market risk

  • Meme-coins are extremely volatile. Prices can move — and total value can go to zero — in minutes, with or without any warning signal this platform surfaces.
  • Liquidity can vanish, making it impossible to exit a position at the price you expect, or at all.
  • Rug pulls, honeypots, and other malicious token designs exist despite every safety check this platform runs — a passed check reduces risk, it does not eliminate it.

Custodial risk

  • Your session wallet's private key is held (encrypted) by this server, not by you. If the server's encryption key is ever compromised, funds in every session wallet are at risk — not just yours.
  • This platform has not yet had an independent third-party security audit (see Trust Center).
  • Automated trading logic (Smart Entry, Smart Exit, Moon Bag, kill-switches) can contain bugs. A software defect can cause a trade to fire, fail to fire, or exit later/earlier than intended.

Platform & regulatory risk

  • This platform's legal/regulatory posture (including whether it needs money-transmitter licensing in your jurisdiction) is still under active review as of this writing — see the Terms' Governing Law section. Regulatory action could affect the platform's availability or your ability to withdraw, without much notice.
  • Third-party infrastructure this platform depends on (Solana RPC providers, Jupiter, Stripe) can have outages or change terms outside our control.

The bottom line

Only fund a session wallet with an amount you could lose completely without it changing your life. Nothing on this platform is a promise about what will happen to that money.
